The Culinary Diagnosis is an online cooking academy that diagnoses home cooks' skill gaps through analysis of real kitchen failures and maps them to hands-on educational modules designed to build culinary mastery. Our Service includes diagnostic assessments, instructional content, video demonstrations, written guidance, and access to skill-building modules tailored to your identified learning needs.

The Service is provided for educational purposes only. While our modules are designed by experienced culinary professionals, we do not guarantee specific cooking outcomes or results. Your success depends on your engagement with the material, practice, and application of techniques in your own kitchen.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use The Culinary Diagnosis Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

Cooking involves inherent risks related to heat, sharp tools, and food safety. You acknowledge that you use kitchen equipment and techniques at your own risk. The Culinary Diagnosis is not responsible for any injuries, burns, cuts, foodborne illness, or damage to property that may result from your use of cooking techniques or equipment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Culinary Diagnosis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if you have not paid any amount, then one hundred Egyptian pounds (EGP 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you in full.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Culinary Diagnosis, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Alexandria, Egypt, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10. Termination

The Culinary Diagnosis reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to the Service, other users, or our business interests.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including Intellectual Property Rights, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law—shall continue in effect.

11. Changes to Terms
